RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing a reason. This right applies to products purchased from our online store, excluding personalized or custom-made items.

The withdrawal period lasts 14 days from the date you or a third party, other than the carrier, receive the goods. For orders with multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day the final item is received.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us). The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling them in a way that is not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or functionality.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalized, or to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once the download or use has started with your consent and acknowledgment that you lose the right of withdrawal.
